Total Workers in 2025

2024: 4,664

Including outsourced personnel, our workforce in 2024 amounted to 9,240, the sum of total employees and workers by the end of the year. Outsourced personnel are vital to our operations as they comprise all our store riders, store members, participants from our inclusive hiring programs, cluster maintenance technicians, and utilities.

PIZZA is committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive talent pool by prioritizing varied skills and potential, supporting local hiring, and upholding non-discriminatory practices across ethnicity, religion, and gender. We view diversity as a strategic asset that drives innovation, growth, and long-term sustainability.

Diversity and inclusion are embedded in our governance structure. Our Board Charter outlines our Board Diversity Policy, recognizing the importance of varied perspectives in achieving strategic objectives.

Guided by our policies, our Human Resources team fosters an inclusive workplace culture that values the unique backgrounds and contributions of all employees. While gender balance is evident at middle management, we continue to address the underrepresentation of women at the executive level.
We remain focused on attracting and developing high-caliber talent from diverse backgrounds, with the goal of shaping a leadership team that reflects the breadth of perspectives required to drive continued business success.
